For those of you staying at the Hampton Inn Brier Creek here are some more details on the hotel perks.

Shuttle service to and from the event site and airport.

• From the airport to the hotel, call the hotel.
• Saturday Shuttle service to the event site.
  • morning from 7am – 9am on the half hour (sign up Friday night at the hotel desk).
  • returning from the event site from 3pm – 5pm on the half hour.
• Sunday Shuttle service
  • 7:30am – 9:30am on the half hour (sign up at the hotel desk on Saturday).
  • Return trips to either the hotel or airport should be arranged at the desk on Saturday or Sunday morning.
  • Trips to the airport can originate either from the hotel or the park.

Complimentary Shower Room

Sunday afternoon we have arranged for a complimentary room for taking showers after checkout hours.  This will be a community use room, so if it is busy, please take your shower quickly.  You can pick up a key at the desk.  This is only for people who have stayed at the hotel.

There is still room at the Inn, so call or reserve on line at the special BOK rate of $79.
