New SI-Box Attachment to Control Flag
Here is a much simpler way to attach the SI-box to the control. First the box is attached to one side with two wire ties. Then the ends of a 54″ x 1/16′ braided cord are passed through the holes in the other end of the box and secured to the flag using a constrictor hitch. Then an overhand knot is tied at the base of the loop, another in the middle, pass the end of the loop up through the box hole to improve the hanging angle, and it is done!
As alternative to the constrictor hitch you can use 3 overhand knots, but they must be then secured with some hot glue or they will work loose rather quickly.
