BOK will have its Annual Meeting on Wednesday, November 1, 2017.

The meeting will be at Joseph and Ruth’s house at 904 Dorothea Drive, Raleigh, NC 27603
We will have our usual Pizza dinner starting at 6pm with the meeting starting at 7pm
Please register to attend the Dinner & Meeting so we can have enough pizza.

We will elect our officers.  The current slate and their term end is:
Vladimir 2017; Ian 2018; Ken. 2018; Joseph 2019; Mihai 2019
So only Vladimir’s term is up.

Fleshing out a couple of existing agenda items:
1. Event schedule: Proposal to try to schedule three meets per month (except perhaps June-August). Extra open meet in Feb, April, Sept, Nov and extra members meet in Jan, March, May, Oct, Dec.

2. Proposed mapping priorities for 2018:

A. Durant
B. Dorothea Dix
C. Eno River North
D. Contact TLC (Brumley, Horton Grove, Johnson Mill)
Discuss: Uwharrie/Birkhead & Umstead refresh

I’d offer a proposal that on one weekend day of the year, on a date for which there isn’t a BOK meet, club members meet at a park and volunteer to do maintenance, clean-up, or whatever else the park ranger could use help with.
