We have a regular event at Umstead South, the Reedy Creek (I-40) side starting at the large shelter west of the main parking lot. The advanced courses cross over Crabtree Creek (at the bridge). We will have a beginners class at 12:30, and everyone is welcome. Courses open at noon, and close at 3pm.

This was my first event with BOK. Great course! Wonderful people! Looking forward to seeing the final results. I hope to enjoy a few more events while in the area.
I understand there is a permanent O course in Cary as well as a complete, highly detailed map of Umstead. I would love to be able to practice my orienteering on my own and wondered if both maps are available for purchase? Thanks!
