I just called the park, and all the roads are open. Today’s event will go on as planned. Don’t worry about ticks :-), they are all asleep under the snow, but be sure to bring warm clothes and dry socks to change into after your course. We will be starting at the Whispering Pines camp in Umstead South — access from I-40.
