Schenck Forest Open Orienteering May 6, 2018
Everyone is welcome at our Open Schenck Forest Event on May 6, 2018. The event starts at noon and there is an introductory class at 12:30.
We will have the following courses:
White: 8 controls, 1.8km
Yellow: 10 controls, 2.3km
Orange: 8 controls, 2.9km
Brown: 10 controls, 4.7km
Green: 12 controls, 5.7km
Red: 14 controls, 7.1km
Since Schenck forest is fairly small it offers a great opportunity to try a harder course than you would normally do. The change of elevation is modest and there is always a trail nearby.
Please note that dogs are not allowed at this location.
